Denzil qualified as a solicitor in October 2004, having originally obtained a degree in Zoology at Bristol University. He converted to law and completed the academic training at the College of Law, Guildford. Denzil then trained with Campbell Hooper and has worked with Graham since qualification.

Denzil's training with Graham has helped him develop the broad range of skills required for the work carried out by Atkins. In particular, his scientific background is extremely beneficial for the organised and methodical approach required in many legal situations, most notably in disputes and reputation management matters, registering trade marks and designs and the other aspects of brand development.

Denzil has many of the interests one would expect of somebody in this industry. He is a keen sportsman, both passive and active, and also enjoys music, literature, film and art. In most cases his interests are broad enough to discuss a wide spectrum within these categories, from Woking to Manchester United in football or Leadbelly to Britney in music. He can even remember some of his zoological roots so, once he has resolved your legal questions, if you were wondering why birds sing in the morning, just ask.
