Atkins Solicitors

In business we appreciate the importance of getting tailored and realistic advice as to the best way to make the most of your assets. Accordingly we offer hands on and practical advice to suit you, whether it is in creating or growing a business or helping already established longer companies to develop to their full potential.

Robert Dellow advises on all aspects of commercial property work. This may involve anything from renting city based office space to purchasing and developing your own site or obtaining a portfolio of properties for investment purposes. Robert has experience in a number of the more unusual transactions that businesses and individuals may require including transactions for race horse properties.

Our commercial work is similarly diverse. We work for entrepreneurs and high profile individuals to help them establish companies or partnerships for the purpose of maximising the benefits that their ideas, brand and reputation bring. As your reputation grows so will your requirements and we can work with you at each step to make sure you have the proper business structure in place, as we do for our established business clients.

It is difficult to generalise on the work we do because no two companies require exactly the same advice. Our work may involve dealing with joint ventures or strategic alliances, acquisitions, disposals and financing, employment and shareholder issues or restructuring the company and terms upon which you trade. To establish the most appropriate way in which we can help you and your company contact us to discuss your plans at the earliest possible opportunity.
