Atkins Solicitors

It is a very fortunate person or company that goes through their career or business life without being involved in a commercial dispute of some nature. Between them, Graham and Denzil have successfully negotiated the resolution of substantial disputes either before litigation commences or through the Courts. Many, but not all, of these disputes are within the media industry. And whilst most of our work is undoubtedly interesting and cutting-edge, we also undertake simple debt-collection cases, recovering hundreds of thousands of pounds for our clients in doing so or worked on the other side and protected our clients when they are being pursued for bill payments in situations where there is a genuine reason for not paying.

We have also been involved in the resolution of countless other types of disputes. These are frequently very personal issues for our clients and we work hard to alleviate the unavoidable stress that accompanies them. We have assisted people in negotiating redundancy settlements and in other employment issues, we work on matrimonial matters, have settled disputes between directors or individuals working on a commercial joint venture and we have resolved disputes between our client and other companies as to the interpretation of contracts.

At Atkins we have no know that your aim is to resolve these issues quickly and with the minimum of fuss so that you can get on with the important aspects of your life or work. We have the same mentality and you can be confident that nothing we do will be superfluous to your requirements.
